Event Request

To submit your request, please fill out the form in as much detail as possible.

More detailed responses are more natural to assess and allow the scheduling team to respond promptly.

After you submit your event request, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming that the form has reached the scheduling team. Please note that completing this form does not guarantee participation or attendance at your event.

The scheduling team will respond to all requests within 2-4 days. If a member of the scheduling team does not contact you at that time, call or text message us at 805-NOW-VOTE to ensure that the request is in process.
